Yes, we pride ourselves in providing design input based on over twenty
years of building custom homes. Our input can range from architectural
ideas to suggestions on alternative construction options, which may help
in the cost of construction.

We are a full service custom home building company. We offer guidance
in lot selection, home design, management of on site skilled subcontractors,
coordinate interior designer efforts, and landscape design. We can build
on your lot, our lot or help you select the lot for your custom home.
| What type of warranty do you provide?
Michael Holub Custom Homes offers a one year warranty for workmanship
and materials, two years for plumbing, electrical, heating, and
air conditioning delivery systems, and ten years for major structural
components of the home.

Yes, we can readily provide you with the names and addresses of
many satisfied homeowners in the San Antonio area. We can also provide
you with names and addresses of several of our suppliers to allow
